I'm David Picazo, an estate agent in l'Alfàs del Pi for more than 15 years. I started with a simple idea: treat every client the way I'd like to be treated myself, with clear information and no pressure.
In that time I've helped hundreds of families, many of them arriving from outside Spain, find their home or investment in the Marina Baixa. I speak Spanish and English, and I get personally involved in every step: from the first viewing to signing at the notary, and in everything that comes afterwards.
