At David Picazo · Agente Inmobiliario we respect your privacy and process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee (LOPDGDD).

2. Purpose of processing

The personal data you provide through contact forms, WhatsApp or email is processed for the following purposes:

  • Contacting you to offer personalised real estate advice.
  • Carrying out property valuations when requested.
  • Sending commercial communications about our services, only if you have given your explicit consent to do so.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing your data is the consent you provide by filling in and submitting the contact form or writing to us directly, as well as, where applicable, the performance of pre-contractual steps requested by you (for example, arranging a property viewing).

4. Recipients

Your data will not be shared with third parties except where legally required. Technology providers that offer web hosting, email or contact management services may access it as data processors, always under a contract guaranteeing GDPR compliance. Where a specific transaction requires it (for example, a property purchase), your data may be shared with notaries, administrative agencies or banks, with your knowledge and, where applicable, consent.

5. Retention

Data is kept for as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining contact or a professional relationship, and until you request its deletion. Once that relationship ends, data will be kept blocked for the legally required periods and will only be available to judges, courts or public authorities to address any potential liabilities.

  • Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.

If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Security

We adopt reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, appropriate to the risk of the processing we carry out.
